1. Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) following order confirmation. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your delivery address and will be clearly shown before you complete your payment.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information (where applicable) so you can monitor its journey to your door.
